Pass-Through from Access Gateway 4.x to Webinterface 3.x and 4.x

Found myself in need of Thomas Koetzings website today as he has often been the supplier of the fix for pass-through from Access Gateway to webinterface. However for some reason the site was down. Luckily Ruben Spruijt was online and was quick on a reference to the Citrix Knowledgebase article on the matter. http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX106202&searchID=40424855

I was happy to find that Citrix has recently released the fix for Webinterface 4.5 as well, so good job Citrix ?

I have used the fix for WI 4.0 several times and without bugs or issues and today also implemented the fix on a Webinterface 4.5 and it seems to be just as easy to implement as the previous versions.
